Returns: At Agni Mithra, we take pride in the quality of our hair care products crafted from herbal and Ayurvedic ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the product has a shipping defect or damage.
Exchanges: If you receive a product with a shipping defect or damage, we are here to assist you. You can exchange the product for the same item, subject to availability. Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from Agni Mithra. In case of a shipping defect or damage, we will provide an exchange for the same product.

Please note that products for exchange must be in their original packaging and unused. Exchanges will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
